Dear I am writing to express my interest in the position of cook in your company. For the past ten years I have been working in culinary world. I spend eight years worked as on board cook, two years as head chef in restaurant with five outlet branches in the city of Makassar. I am currently running my own home based culinary family business. I graduated from Makassar academy of Tourism in Food and Beverage product Program where I gained my experience in food and beverage management in several café,  restaurants and hotels. By working eight years cooking on board with crews from different countries along with their own cultures gave me chances to learned more and trained my skill cooking in various food such as Asian food, Western and Middle Eastern food. Besides cooking skill I have prominent skill in kitchen management including menu planning, kitchen hygiene and safety, also in managing one of the most challenging in cooking on board, food cost. I am a passionate cook and a fast learner. I am comfortable working independently but I enjoy working together in a team.
